CFG has chosen Pulsens ERP-system Harmoney . The new system will support our organizational restructuring going from being a mail-order company to a modern e-commerce, improve the lead times towards our customers and increase the customer service for the entire group.
This transaction is the largest unique e-commerce deal in Sweden during the 2000´s and a major contributor to keeping jobs in Borås, both for Haléns and Pulsen. It´s an important business agreement, partly to expand the customer base and also to gain experience of how others work. But the most important thing is to bring value to CFG, so that we can help them grow, says Jan Pettersson.
Pulsen will be responsible for the multi-step implementation of Harmoney. Bubbleroom is the first brand within the group to go live. The expected implementation and consolidation time is estimated to 1,5 year. Harmoney is especially developed towards companies operating in e-commerce and distance sales, where active sales goes through many different channels and geographic markets. The system is modular and can thus be adapted after CFG:s growth and expansion.
We chose Pulsen Harmoney because it’s a proven sales oriented ERP-system for both mail-order and e-commerce. Of course it´s also very convenient to have a partner that is geographically close, as both companies are located in Borås, says Freddy Sobin, CEO and Group President of CFG regarding the new choice of ERP system. Harmoney will replace the three ERP-systems the group currently has, which provides better synergies and coordination, and opens the scalability for continued expansion and growth of the Group.
